I just got notification that Zaycon Foods will be having another boneless, skinless chicken breast event happening soon!

I wanted to let you know about their Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken event that is open for orders until June 18th (plenty of time to find a friend to split a case!) and available for pick-up on Saturday, June 23rd at select locations around Houston.

For $1.79/lb you get:
100 % natural chicken with no added hormones, additives or artificial ingredients
Comes directly from the processor and has never been frozen
Sold by the case — 40 lbs in each case

There is a pick-up point in Fairfield for the Cypress area as well as ones in The Woodlands, Katy, Crosby, Baytown, Conroe, and more around Houston! 

Select areas are also having White Shrimp ($6.39/lb - 20 lb case) and Frozen Alaskan True Cod Fillet ($5.29/lb - 20lb case) events as well. 

This would be a great deal to split with a friend or two (or to feed your huge family like mine and stock up your deep freezer)! I've been hearing great reviews about the quality of Zaycon Foods' products, so I wanted to share with you!

I've recently heard of this site called Zaycon Foods. This is a website where you can order fresh meat in bulk at low prices. You make your order, then you pick up your order at the assigned location during the timeframe designated.

My trip to HEB 8/29

I made a run to HEB today and was pleasantly surprised at the outcome. :-) Honestly, it was not a well thought out plan... my goal today was to get there. Hopefully you can snag a few of these deals before the ad ends (new ad starts Wednesday)!
See my loot? I got all of this for only $39.37! (My total was $102.11 before I gave her my coupons!) The manager did have to come override for the total number of coupons, but she was so excited to see what I saved that she declared me the winner for today! LOL

Kroger Milk/Cereal Deal *FREE MILK*

I went to Kroger this afternoon to check out the Buy 4 General Mills cereals, Get 2 Gallons of Milk FREE deal and here's what I ended up with:
3 boxes Cinnamon Toast Crunch $2.79 ea
1 box Cinnamon Chex $2.79
2 gallons Springdale milk $3.48 ea
- $1/2 GM cereal 7/10 SS
- $1/2 GM cereal 7/10 SS
- $3.48 FREE milk
- $3.48 FREE milk
= $9.16 for 4 boxes of cereal and 2 gallons of milk

I would have paid $3.48 for each gallon of milk anyway, so I figure I got the 4 boxes of cereal for $2.20 which works out to $0.55 per box!
It's been a good cereal day!

*If you are not interested in buying the cereal, there is also another great deal on Smart Balance milk 1/2 gallons. They are on sale for $2.50 and there is a coupon in the 7/10 SS for $1.50/1 making them only $1.00 each! I snagged a few of these since I like to drink them, they have a very long expiration period, and they have Omega-3s and also a lactose free version if you're in need of that.

Great Deal I got on Cereal & Diapers Tonight

Walgreens:
5 boxes Kellogg's Raisin Bran Crunch 18.2oz 4/$10 (5th box rang up $2.50 also)

= $7.50 out of pocket and got back $5 register rewards!
Net $2.50 total or $0.50 per box! Woohoo!

**UPDATE** I was just reminded about a Kellogg's rebate I had TOTALLY forgotten about!!! This deal just got SO much sweeter!
Get a $10 fuel rewards rebate when you submit 10 UPCs for select Kellogg's cereal. Go HERE and download the form to submit for the rebate and also see the list of eligible cereals. Kellogg's Raisin Bran Crunch is included in the list! So... looks like I'm headed to Walgreens again in the morning to get my deal above again so I can submit for the rebate!
PLUS, you can submit up to FIVE rebates per household!!! HOLY COW!
So, for each 10 cereals I buy, I will pay net $5 and get $10 back for a $5 moneymaker!

I was then able to use the $5 RR in addition to the $4 manuf. coupon (mailer) and $4 in Walgreens coupons (Baby coupon booklet I found in the store months ago - $2 store Pampers coupon will take off $2 per pack) towards the Pampers deal in the flyer (2/$20, get $3 RR), paying only $2.00 per pack (after RR) for diapers which is about the best I've gotten. But still is more than I was hoping considering I'm wishing my last kid would potty train by now and I thought I wouldn't still be buying diapers and ran out of stockpile!!! Ugh. :-) LOL (sorry for venting...)

Walmart: Produce Deals & Cheap Gasoline!

I had to drop my parents at the airport this morning, and my gas light came on on my way home. Gasoline was a whopping $3.91 near the airport! WHOA! When you drive a tank, like I do, that will not cut it!

So I made it back to my side of town and decided to fill up at Walmart (HWY 249 & Spring Cypress for you locals). Gas was only $3.63/gallon!!! WHAT?!?!

In case you don't know, Walmart (Murphy) will also give you a 3 cent discount per gallon if you use a Walmart giftcard (or credit card). We were out of bananas, so I decided to run in and get bananas and purchase a gift card so I could fill up.

Well, I found a few more deals while I was inside:

4lb bag or oranges - $2 (these are really tasty! super juicy & sweet!)
